Saint Louise Regional Hospital Foundation was proud to present An Evening at the Chiala Estate, a first annual event, on Friday, July 17th, 2009 in Morgan Hill.

Well over 400 guests were in attendance, and had the pleasure of enjoying a warm summer evening with good wine, music, food and friends. This event featured eight well-renowned local wineries, three local restaurants, and delicious food and hors d’oeuvres, a silent and live auction, and several wonderful opportunity drawings on the estate lawn and garden.

This event also saw the introduction of Heads Or Tails, a great opportunity game to win a wonderful prize: a 6-Day and 5-Night stay at La Haina Shores. We would like to congratulate the winner, hospital CEO Joanne Allen, and thank her for generously donating her prize to our live auction. We would also like to congratulate Dr. and Mrs. Martin Bress, the lucky winners of the fully stocked 50-bottle wine refrigerator.

Overall, this successful event was one to remember, as all proceeds will be used to open the new Urgent Care Center in Morgan Hill. We look forward to continuing this great new tradition.
